Nikon's Free Raw Editor Is Worth a Second Look

If you shoot Nikon and you're paying for Lightroom or Capture One, NX Studio deserves ten minutes of your time before you dismiss it again. It's free, it reads Nikon NEFs natively without translation layers, and someone who actually stress-tests Raw developers found it holds up better than its reputation suggests. Not a Lightroom replacement. But for Nikon-only shooters who want clean native rendering without a subscription sitting on top of it, there's a real case here.
