SmallRig's two new cooling options give you a choice: the TEC plus fan hybrid for serious heat management, or the fan-only unit if you want lighter and quieter. Neither solves the underlying hardware limitation, but for event and documentary shooters who need continuous recording without babysitting overheating warnings, this is a practical workaround that costs less than the Canon-branded equivalent.
