Laowa has pushed a firmware update to the 180mm F4.5 Macro that extends autofocus through its full working range — down to 0.3m — closing what was previously a manual-only gap at macro distances. A two-week GFX 100RF field report from a Luminous Landscape contributor who already shoots the GFX system flags real reservations about the body. Separately, Bending Spoons — the Milan studio behind Filmic, WeTransfer, and Vimeo — has filed for a US IPO at a reported $20 billion valuation.
