TERMS OF USE.
The plain-language version of the rules for using Pixelfetch.
Last updated 18 July 2026
What Pixelfetch Is
Pixelfetch is a curated discovery feed for photography gear, news, and tools, delivered through our website, our mobile app, and email briefings. By using any of these, you’re agreeing to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the service.
Accounts
Some parts of Pixelfetch, like the mobile app’s personalised feed, briefing, and notifications, require an account. When you create one, please use accurate information and keep one account per person. You’re responsible for whatever happens under your account, so keep your login details to yourself.
We can suspend or close an account that’s being used to abuse the service, for example spamming, attempting to break or scrape the app, or interfering with other readers. We’ll aim to be reasonable about it.
You can delete your account at any time from the app’s settings. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when you do.
Content
Most items in the feed are links and short summaries pointing to articles, videos, and announcements published elsewhere on the web. Those original sources own their own content, and we always credit and link back to them.
Everything else, the Pixelfetch name, logo, site design, and our own original writing (summaries, editorial commentary, the weekly roundup), is owned by Pixelfetch and Kess Media. You’re welcome to link to us, quote us with credit, and share individual items. What you can’t do is scrape, bulk-download, or repackage the feed itself (as a competing product, a data set, or anything similar) without asking us first.
No Warranty
We do our best to keep Pixelfetch accurate, useful, and online, but we can’t promise it’ll be perfect, uninterrupted, or error-free. We provide the service “as is,” without guarantees of any kind. Always use your own judgement, especially before buying gear or acting on anything you read here, and check the original source for anything that matters.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, Pixelfetch and Kess Media aren’t liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including anything you read, buy, or do based on it, or any outage or bug. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer guarantee or right you have under Australian law that can’t be excluded.
Changes and Governing Law
We might update these terms as Pixelfetch grows. If we make a meaningful change, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Pixelfetch after a change means you accept the update.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and that’s where any disputes would be handled.
