Fuji's fastest X-mount lens reviewed; L-mount gets a compact ultrawide
The Fujinon XF 50mm f/1 R WR has a full review out from Optical Limits — Fujifilm positioned it as a technical showcase rather than a volume seller, and it remains the fastest prime available for X-mount. DPReview has the LK Samyang 14-24mm F2.8 in sample gallery form for L-mount, notable as the only ultrawide zoom at f/2.8 for the system with a flat front element and standard 77mm filter thread. Leica's SL-system announcements continue to build ahead of a confirmed date next week, with an SL3-P body and two lenses still in the leak cycle.
