Adobe acquires Topaz Labs; Leica SL3-P hits the review cycle

Adobe has confirmed the acquisition of Topaz Labs — the studio behind Topaz Photo AI, Gigapixel, and Video AI — with deal terms undisclosed and no word yet on what happens to existing licences or standalone pricing. The day also brings the first wave of Leica SL3-P reviews alongside firmware 4.2.0/4.2.1 for all three SL3 bodies. Capture One 16.8.2 adds native real-time multi-user sessions, the software's first collaborative editing capability.
