Topaz officially joins Adobe, and the FX5 slips again

Adobe's acquisition of Topaz Labs has officially closed, with Topaz's tools staying available as standalone products outside Creative Cloud for now. Sony's FX5 has slipped again, now shipping end of October, and Pace Gallery in LA has opened the first posthumous show of David Lynch's photography. It's a lens-heavy day elsewhere too, with a budget Viltrox 50mm landing for L-mount and Bird Photographer of the Year naming its 2026 winners.
