The FCC's proposed ban on importing and selling foreign-made drones classified as having 'military-grade' technology attracted 3,824 public comments during its submission period, which closed last week. Nearly 99% of those comments opposed the rule. The proposal is US-domestic policy at this stage, but any rule affecting DJI and other foreign-made drone availability would have downstream effects on markets outside the US.
