Adobe has agreed to acquire Topaz Labs, the Dallas-based company behind DeNoise AI, Sharpen AI, and Gigapixel AI. The deal was announced June 25; no price disclosed, close expected second half of 2026 subject to regulatory clearance. Topaz standalone apps stay live, CEO Eric Yang remains, and the tech will roll into Creative Cloud and Firefly Services.
