Adobe has acquired Topaz Labs, confirmed. Topaz tools currently sit inside Photoshop's AI upsizing (as a credits-based feature); the deal opens the door to broader integration of Topaz's sharpening and denoise into Photoshop, Lightroom, and other Creative Cloud apps. Topaz will keep selling standalone software, with Eric Yang staying on to lead the team.
