ARRI Film Lab 1.5 is out now as a free update for existing license holders. The OpenFX plugin adds 8mm, 16mm and 65mm film formats to the existing 35mm look, an Anamorphic Ratio control with eight squeeze ratios (1.25x to 2.0x) for grain and halation, and a new Halation Spread control. ACES 2.0 ACEScc and ACEScct are now supported alongside LogC3 and LogC4, and in Baselight the plugin tracks timeline color space automatically. ARRI says processing is up to four times faster, with real-time 4K on Apple Silicon MacBook Pro.
