Insta360 Mic Pro: Brand Your Transmitter, Not Theirs

Every run-and-gun shooter has taped over a Rode logo at some point. Insta360's Mic Pro skips the tape entirely with an e-ink display on the transmitter, letting you push your own branding, talent names, or whatever identifier keeps a multicam shoot organised. That's the practical win here, not just the aesthetics. The three-mic array is the other thing worth noting: cardioid mode turns the transmitter into a functional shotgun when mounted to camera, figure-8 handles two-person sit-downs. If that processing holds up in a real noisy environment, this competes seriously with Rode Wireless Pro territory. Worth watching before your next talking-head or event job.
