Kase 150mm f/5.6 AF Mirror Lens Coming to Fujifilm GFX

auto_awesomePixelfetch Take
An autofocus mirror lens for GFX is a genuine curiosity. Mirror lenses are compact and cheap to manufacture relative to their focal length, and bolting AF onto one is a legitimate engineering trick that removes the biggest barrier to using them on a job. But for medium format shooters doing portrait, landscape, or commercial work, the donut bokeh is a hard sell to clients who didn't ask for it. This is a niche lens for a niche system. If you're a GFX shooter who needs reach in a small package and can control your backgrounds, worth watching. Everyone else: file it under interesting, not essential.
