A fisheye zoom with a constant f/2.8 aperture is a genuinely unusual piece of glass. Most fisheye shooters pick a fixed focal length and live with it. Laowa's giving you a range, which means you can dial in how much distortion you actually want on the fly. Worth a look if creative wide work is in your bag regularly, but this is a specialist tool, not a workhorse.
