Meta briefly rolled out an AI image generator that pulled from public Instagram accounts by default, no permission asked, no notification sent. It was removed after backlash, per 9to5Mac. Worth knowing: the feature existed, it was on by default, and Meta moved fast enough to pull it that most users won't have caught it.
