RocXZoom: Ex-DJI Team's Robotic 50x Zoom Camera Hits Kickstarter

FarseerTech, a startup led by ex-DJI engineers, is heading to Kickstarter with the RocXZoom: a 400g handheld camera combining a 50x hybrid zoom (20x optical, 40-2000mm full-frame equivalent) with a motorized pan-and-tilt head and computer vision subject tracking. A companion model, the RocXZoom Pro, aims to bolt the same tracking onto your existing camera and lenses. The team has DJI Inspire, Osmo Pocket, and Ronin 4D credits.
