TerraMaster D1 SSD Enclosure: Flexible External Storage

auto_awesomePixelfetch Take
An SSD enclosure with no fixed drive is a reasonable idea when prices are high, but TerraMaster hasn't given us enough here to care deeply. The bring-your-own-SSD pitch is practical if you've already got a spare NVMe sitting around after a laptop upgrade, but the source article is thin on specs, transfer speeds, and price. Until we know what it actually costs and how fast it moves data, this is a product launch worth filing away, not acting on.
