Sony FE 400mm F4.5 and 600mm F6.3 GM OSS: Both Under 1kg
Sony has announced two new G Master super-telephotos: the FE 400mm F4.5 GM OSS and FE 600mm F6.3 GM OSS, weighing 994g and 995g respectively. Both sit well under the equivalent Nikon Z primes and are roughly a third the weight of Sony's own faster F2.8 and F4 GM options. Each lens gets dual linear motors, 11-blade aperture, 95mm filter thread, three OSS modes, four focus hold buttons, a customisable function ring, and teleconverter compatibility, with dust and moisture sealing throughout.

Sony FE 600mm F6.3 GM OSS Review: 995g, Full G Master Build
Amateur Photographer has reviewed the Sony FE 600mm F6.3 GM OSS, awarding it top marks for optics, autofocus, and stabilisation.
