Cooke SP3 and AP3 Cinema Lenses Add Nikon Z-Mount Option
Cooke Optics has extended its user-interchangeable mount system for the SP3 and AP3 lens lines to include Nikon Z-mount. Both lines already supported Sony E, Canon RF, Leica L, and M-mount. New buyers get a complimentary second mount, with Z-mount now on the list. SP3 covers six focal lengths (18 to 100mm) as spherical primes at T2.4, around USD $4,500 each. AP3 is a three-lens 1.5x anamorphic set (35, 50, 85mm) at T2.4, priced USD $7,500–7,750 per lens.

Cooke SP3 and AP3 Lenses Get Native Nikon Z Mount Option
Cooke Optics has added a native Nikon Z mount to its SP3 and AP3 compact cinema lens series via a licensing deal with Nikon. The mount is user-interchangeable, so owners buying new or upgrading can specify Z alongside the existing Canon RF, Leica L, and Leica M options. Native fit matters here because third-party E-to-Z adapters have reportedly scratched the locking ring on Z-mount RED cameras.
