A Korean fashion photographer has released THE Tether, a wireless tethering app for Nikon cameras on iPad and iPhone. Runs over 5GHz Wi-Fi or direct camera Wi-Fi, streams JPGs for on-set review while keeping a full RAW workflow intact via memory card matching later. Nikon Z50II Firmware 1.10 Adds Wi-Fi Always On and More
Nikon Z50II firmware 1.10 is out now. The headline additions are Wi-Fi Always On in AP mode, an inactive timeout option for FTP connections, automatic monitor display switching, and save focus position on user settings recall. On the video side, aperture is no longer locked in Shutter-priority mode, and HDMI output to external monitors now handles the end-of-recording transition differently.

Japan's IP High Court upheld the invalidation of a RED video camera patent after Panasonic's challenge — Nikon, as RED's owner, had appealed and lost.
