Tamara Dean has won the 21st Bowness Photography Prize, with The Guardian publishing the full 26-image shortlist. Vincenzo Pagliuca's Bunker documents WWII fortifications along the South Tyrol border, and Panasonic has pushed 4K 60p to the Lumix S9 via firmware. Canon's EOS R8 II gets its first hands-on look, alongside gear news from SIRUI, Ricoh and Hasselblad.
