By 26, Tom Weller had four Olympics and a World Cup final on his card. Worth paying attention to — not for inspiration-porn reasons, but because this is a credentialed competition with real weight behind it, and watching who wins these early-career awards is usually a decent way to spot the shooters who'll be dominating accreditation lists in five years.
