CEWE Acquires Kodak Moments in Major Print Industry Consolidation

CEWE has bought Kodak Moments from Kodak Alaris, with the deal set to close in Q1 2027. Kodak Moments currently runs 37,000 photo kiosks across 16,000 retail outlets in 54 countries; combined with CEWE's existing network, the merged footprint would exceed 60,000 kiosks globally.
