DJI Sues Insta360 Over Luna Patents, Insta360 to Fight Back

DJI has filed two U.S. patent lawsuits against Insta360 in the Eastern District of Texas, covering both design and utility patents on the Insta360 Luna. Insta360 is contesting the claims and says it will show the Luna is original, not derived from DJI's intellectual property.
