EBU Publishes Shot-by-Shot Camera Guidelines for Women's Athletics

EBU Sport has published a free illustrated style guide specifying which camera positions, shot sizes, and slow-motion replays are acceptable in live coverage of women's athletics. It covers high jump, pole vault, horizontal jumps, and running events with examples drawn from real broadcast footage, and was developed with input from Olympic athletes Holly Bradshaw, Ivana Španović, and Blanka Vlašić. European Athletics has endorsed it; EBU's 113 member organisations across 56 countries give it considerable reach into broadcast production pipelines.
