GoPro Sale Process in 'Later Stages' as Camera Sales Drop 38%

GoPro's Q2 2026 numbers: 291,000 cameras shipped, down 38% year-on-year, with hardware revenue at $76 million and total revenue at $104.9 million against $152.6 million a year ago. Cash is at $27.3 million. The board-authorised sale process, flagged in May, is now in its later stages per CEO Nicholas Woodman. Subscription revenue is the one bright spot, up 11% to $29 million and now 28% of total revenue.
