Mac Studio Gets Quad-Die M5 Ultra; Mac mini Debuts 2nm M6

Apple has updated both the Mac Studio and Mac mini. The Mac Studio ships with either the M5 Max (18-core CPU, up to 40-core GPU, up to 128GB unified memory) or the new M5 Ultra, a quad-die chip, two M5 Max dies joined via an updated UltraFusion interconnect, with up to an 80-core GPU, 512GB unified memory, and 1.2TB/s bandwidth. The Mac mini gets the M6, Apple's first 2nm chip, or an M5 Pro option. Both machines add Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6, and genlock over USB-C; the Mac Studio also moves to PCIe Gen 6 SSD.
