Per Nikon Rumors (citing serial number researcher Roland of Photosynthesis), Nikon's official site previously listed only the NIKKOR Z DX MC 35mm f/1.7 as Vietnam-manufactured. The shift comes against a backdrop of US tariffs that place China-origin lenses at roughly 35% effective import duty versus around 10% for Vietnam-origin equivalents.
