Panasonic pulled Firmware 2.0 for the Lumix S9 just two days after release after users reported image corruption including coloured banding and heavy noise across frames. The update was distributed via the LUMIX Lab app, and Panasonic has now disabled the wireless update function while it investigates. If you have an S9 and haven't updated, hold off.
