Sony's FE 8-14mm F3.5 Fisheye G is close to shipping, with early reviews now appearing. The 63.1mm barrel diameter is a deliberate design choice: it lets two lenses mount directly beside each other for stereoscopic rigs, each producing a circular 180° image at 8mm.
