If you passed on the original Viltrox 35mm f/1.2 LAB because the stepless, unmarked aperture ring felt like a solution to a problem nobody had, the (N) variant fixes exactly that — conventional clicked aperture ring, proper markings, no LCD gimmick. For Sony shooters who want a fast 35mm without paying Sigma Art or Zeiss prices, this just became a more serious option.
