Viltrox Teases Seven New Sony FE and APS-C Lenses

Seven lenses in one preview drop is Viltrox doing what Viltrox does: flooding the Sony E-mount market with affordable alternatives before the bigger brands can blink. The tilt-shift 35mm f/2.8 is the attention-grabber here. Manual focus, sure, but a tilt-shift at a Viltrox price point could be genuinely useful for architecture and product shooters who've been priced out of the Laowa or Canon TS-E options. The APS-C fast primes — 18mm f/1.2 and 40mm f/1.2 — are aimed squarely at Fujifilm XF territory, except for Sony APS-C bodies. None of this ships yet and there are no prices attached, so file it under 'watch this space' rather than 'clear your budget.'
