Four brands have dropped or teased cinema glass in quick succession. Cooke has a new anamorphic set covering 35mm, 50mm, and 85mm at 1.5x squeeze. Thypoch released the Simera-C 16mm T1.9 cine lens alongside a six-lens kit. Blazar announced the Talon 35mm T2.1 with a 1.5x anamorphic squeeze. Zeiss has confirmed the Panoptes 65 cinema lenses for Cine Gear Expo LA (June 5-6), with a separate teaser pointing to a June 2nd reveal described as "the next major advancement in lens technology" — unconfirmed what that product actually is.
