Dorothea Lange's Lost Archive of a Drowned Town Is Now Online

Lange and Jones spent years photographing Berryessa Valley before it disappeared under Lake Berryessa in 1957. UC has now digitized the full archive and put it online. It's not gear news, but it's a masterclass in purposeful documentary work: two photographers who knew the clock was running and shot accordingly.
