Gered Mankowitz at 80: Six Decades of Music Portrait Stories

Gered Mankowitz has a new monograph out through ACC Art Books marking his 80th birthday, covering six decades of music portrait work with artists including Jimi Hendrix, Elton John, and Annie Lennox. The book draws on the behind-the-scenes relationships that produced some of the most recognisable portraits in pop culture. His work is also currently on display at Iconic Images Gallery in London.
