Jay Maisel died August 24 at 95. Steve Simon has released a 2011 interview with Maisel that was never published, recorded while Simon was working on a book about the Nikon system. Maisel talks cameras, lenses, gear he lost or dropped in the sea, and why he thought the camera was designed upside down.
