Tamron has pushed a firmware update for the 25-200mm f/2.8-5.6 Di III VXD G2 (A075) that notably improves close-focusing at the wide end. A firmware update that changes close-focus performance rather than just adding body compatibility or fixing AF behaviour is unusual for a lens released this recently.
